Jack brings over 25 years of leadership experience in sales, operations, and dealership performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most recently, Jack served as General Manager at MHC Kenworth \u2013 Northern Colorado, where he led the dealership to back-to-back Kenworth Dealership of the Year awards, while also growing market share to a top-ranking position. His professional background includes leadership roles with Bruckner\u2019s Truck Sales, Jim Hawk Truck Trailers, and Wagner Equipment Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jack is known not only for his business acumen but also for his commitment to community impact. He has actively volunteered with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Omaha Children\u2019s Hospital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Big Brothers Big Sisters (10+ years of mentorship)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Habitat for Humanity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Denver Active 20-30 Children\u2019s Foundation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>His leadership style reflects JX\u2019s core value of Demonstrating Good Stewardship, and we are confident he will be a strong asset to our teams in Central Illinois and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jon Conant \u2013 Regional Vice President, Michigan Region  <strong>(Gaylord, Clare, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Niles)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"380\" height=\"507\" src=\"https:\/\/jxtruckcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Michigan.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66098\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jxtruckcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Michigan.png 380w, https:\/\/jxtruckcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Michigan-225x300.png 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 380px) 100vw, 380px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re equally excited to welcome Jon Conant as our new Regional Vice President for the Michigan Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jon joins us with over a decade of experience in the heavy equipment and construction industries, having held senior leadership positions with Alta Equipment Company. His resume includes oversight of multi-branch operations, full financial responsibility of over $250 million and leadership of teams exceeding 200 people across service, parts, rental, and sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jon brings a data-driven approach that aligns with JX\u2019s focus on performance, safety, and talent development. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and customer-first thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his first few weeks, Jon has already demonstrated a strong commitment to one of JX\u2019s core values &#8211; Creating Positive Experiences for our people. His proactive and thoughtful communication has made a strong impression, especially as he engages with teams and begins to navigate new opportunities.
